Phil Klingelhofer – Senior Vice President for Strategy Management and Operations


Phil is ACCCE’s senior vice president for strategy management and operations. He oversees the administrative functions, including business activities, finances and corporate legal affairs. Phil also serves as secretary-treasurer for the board of directors.


For more than 13 years, he has managed ACCCE’s finance and administration. Prior to arriving at ACCCE in 1997, he was an executive in commercial banking, working as vice president at Riggs Bank in Washington, D.C.


Phil is a native of Bethesda, Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a CAE from the American Society of Association Executives. He and his wife have two children and live in Northern Virginia.
